Tink is Eleven!

 We had a lovely old fashioned just the family party for Tink with a homemade cake, just me and Betty of course. We took our new eleven year old to the store to pick out her present and that turned out to be a new bunny leash - the old one was way too small. She has yet to try it out but it was what she wanted. It is black with silver sun, moon, and stars on it - perfect for our little wizard, Dumbledore.

Just a side note that we, M and I, are way too young to have an eleven year old. This year is a pivotal year for Tink because next year will be Young Women's and the end of her official childhood, but since she is our child I am sure she will continue to find ways to have her inner child hang out. She is a darling girl and we love her so much. She makes us so proud in so many ways. We were talking the other day, after spending some time with many other people's children, who were so good, but we both noticed how much we liked our own children. We liked ours the best. So, here's to the best girl ever, love you, Happy Birthday!
